There are 2 different scenarios and cost implications when returning goods to Candy Bags Etc.
1) If you received your bag and there is a something wrong with the bag, i.e. quality, faulty colour, broken zip etc. we will happily refund the bag and also pay for the courier cost to collect the bag.
2) If you ordered a bag, and on arrival realise it is not suitable (wrong colour, size etc) the courier cost is for your account (approximately R96), and we will gladly still refund the bag or exchange it for another one. If you want to exchange the item please remember that you are responsible for an additional R96 for the replacement bag’s courier cost.
